Bocage is a botanical tonic water using only organic products.

With Bocage, Maison Dutier open a new range of non-alocholic beverage Wild Grass. Thanks to those new products, we want to inovate and offer natural and clear tastes. Those beverages will match perfectly our spirits allowing you easy and tasteful homemade cocktails.

Bocage offer a light bitterness coming from hop and gentian. Lemon thyme, lemon balm bring character and sweetness. Lemon juice is used to correct the acidity.

Our infusion technique reveals and sublimates each of the botanicals in the recipe. This technique allows to decrease the sugar amount to offer you a light drink.

Bocage can be drink alone, in cocktail or in mocktail. Bocage has been created to form a perfect and sweet association with Newlands in gin and tonic.
